I read a nasty review about an employee, who I was very impressed with! Sounds like the same guy; however, people should be more REALISTIC about customer serice...ESP these days! This place is very USER FRIENDLY, and I would go back again. As far as "MR. NEGATIVITY"....Perhaps you should "Take deap breaths" before, perhaps, ruining a reputation of a business, and a Loyal EMPLOYEE...
