Food - pretty good pub food. I like their garden burgers and dungeon burgers... A lot.
Location/atmosphere - good, nice view of the Columbia River and cozy.
Service - typically lousy. If you expect to be ignored - you won't be dissappointed. Half the time I enter, I end up leaving to go next door to a professional establishment that wants my business. When they have their wait to be seated sign up, that usually means that they'll look at you from a distance, and then find something else to do. If you want a refill on tea - yeah whatever. They're pretty popular and don't really have to put much effort into service to keep up business due to their reasonable prices and quality of food/beer.
But even with that, I still go. Good place to hang out with friends when a server occasionally shows up.
I gave it three stars - if the service was better - I would have given it 5.
