We really felt as though we couldn't go wrong with anyone. We were meeting the best of the best! Joanne held our hands from day one… and that is exactly what we needed. She never got pushy or frustrated, she just remained cool and walked us throught the process slowly. She acknowledged my nervous feelings as a new mom, and was constantly reassuring. She also displayed a tremendous business side, always professional and upfront. Sarah and Cora also offered us different perspectives on candidates, and were very wonderful in the process as well. Thank you so much for making this process much easier than expected. I will pass my thoughts on to all of the mom's-to-be!
