I always dreaded buying a car, hate sales people and hate wasting money. However, this place is different. Everytime I walked into this place the salesman and managers are always pleasant and offer a big smile and a kind greeting. I also enjoyed the cleaniness of the place especially their restrooms. Anyway, back to my experience with purchasing. I did not once feel like I was being bothered or pressured, nor did I feel like I was being gyped I got a great deal on a brand new 2010 Focus and also got a great warranty as well.
