I called Jensen regarding my 20-year old clothes dryer that was slow to dry. The man quickly and clearly explained some options. We were able to try one of his suggestions and that solved the problem. We have used Jensen before and will use them again and really appreciated the phone advice that, in this case, saved us a service call.
