I called on Friday evening to reserve a U-Haul truck. The guy said he had 2 14 footers and would save me one. I called the next morning to confirm and was told there was no 14 foot truck to be had. He asked me who I had talked to. He doesn't even know who works at his own store? What a way to run a business.
