Good: Puzzles, books and tv to keep the kids busy while we looked though the pictures.. Bad: My photographer told me she was going to use two different back drops. When she was almost thru with the photo shoot, she was still on the first one. I then asked her about it and her reply was..."we don't have enough time". NOT very perfessional if you ask me, I felt like I was cheated out of my time. So, I was stuck with one backdrop and not one of my favorites.. Improvements: More props! On the website, there are awesome, fun props, although none have ever been used for my family. And, I am always sure to ask for some unique photo's and I end up just getting the classic photo that you can get at JCPenny or elsewhere. My 11 year old got some single shoots done last year, cute. Again this year, some single shoots, same exact poses! boom boom boom your done....WOW. No change, no uniqueness, no nothing! Good thing my daughter if photogenic, so I did end up with some cute photo's... Other: I have been getting all my family photo's done here for quite a few years, I am seeing more and more of a decline in their service..
