The sales rep did his job perfectly. When we needed to be left alone we were, when we needed assistance he was available. I was very comfortable, not pressured, when determining the model and trim that satisfied our needs. I looked at KIA and Hundai, comparable models were $2K less, and offered a better warranty. I ended up purchasing the Honda extended warranty for about $1200. I was not comfortable this was introduced at the signing. Honda should raise the warranty and include it in the car purchase.
