Everything was completed in a timely and efficient manner. Penske over exceeded my expectations! I looked up the dealership on line and called Jeff Copeland, the internet sales person, and he walked me through everything. He found financing that beat my institutions financing, I was in the dealership four days later with the car I wanted, in less than 2 hours...kudos to your staff!
