The staff is very friendly and make you fell right at home. The front clerk that was on duty when I checked in gave me a complimentary upgrade to a lovely room with a balcony and an ocean view. The pool is very nice and the bartenders are very good and make the best frozen drinks. The ocean is right behind the hotel and the white sandy beach is so beautiful. I love the hotel and I can wait to come back. teh hotel is within walking distance to the restaurants and the clubs. I will tell all of my friends about the Shelborne.
