I called A New Image Garage Door Service and had them come out and look at my garage door. The wire thing on the side had come off and my garage door was actually side ways. The garage door repair guy was very nice, clean, knowledgeable, he didn't try to pressure me to buy a bunch of stuff like the other garage door companies did. I actually got 3 estimates for getting my garage door repaired and finally chose A New Image. I would recommend them highly if your need your garage door repaired. The price was very cheap too.
