I am getting ready to come over and pick up my 2006 4 runner limited that I purchased from your dealership 2 years ago. Unfortunately I had a bad air pump this past week. Last week when I brought it in for a checkup because the check engine light went on I was lucky enough to get Rolando as my contact and service person. He was just great last week helping me out and as usual I left Toyota with a wonderful feeling about your new place. Then I had to bring it back in on Tuesday this past week – Rolando was not there and someone else tried to handle the situation….and I will just say we did not see eye to eye on the solution. more
