I have taken my dogs to Best Friends for years, well over 15. I have taken puppies to geriatric dogs and have always had a good experience. I even forgot to pick them up one time and the owners took them home until I could come and get them, how embarrassing is that... I would give them two thumbs up for how they care for animals and also for how good of job they do on grooming...
