My dog got into something and made a mess of the basement family room. It smelled so bad I couldn’t go into the room. I called Five step in the morning and they where able to come in the afternoon. Tom was very professional and honest about what he could do for me. By the time Tom was done the carpet smelt and looked new again. I think it tuned out better then Tom thought it would.
