I like beauty brands... but I got a horrible haircut. I was a walk in and had a guy named Ken. I knew exactly what i wanted and the whole time he tried to talk me out of it. I have had super long hair my whole life and was ready for a change. I wanted it a little shorter and to have bangs. I went in excited for a fun spur of the moment haircut... and immediately he ruined that by trying to tell me guys like long hair and that I am ruining it. I know he meant well but it got to the point where he was being rude. I am a young girl and told him I wanted to look a little more mature, and he basically told me I was dumb for wanting that... I'm pretty sure that's none of his business. You don't argue with a customer about whether or not they should cut their hair. So then he rushed me and cut it bad. Now I have the same hairstyle just a little shorter with an ugly chunk of bangs. I am going to a different beauty brands tomorrow and get it fixed. I'm going to have to pay more money since I refuse to go back to that annoying guy. If you go to this beauty brands ask for a different stylist. Never again will I let a stylist talk me out of what I want. This ruined my whole weekend!
