Good: The professionalism and attention to detail were great, as was the responsiveness. Ben, the owner, was always available to answer our questions and advise us. They also suggested modifications to the design of the remodel that worked out well for us. They were courteous, thorough, and kept to the timeline they had set for themselves.When we ran into small problems, even months after the job was finished, Ben immediately came and took care of them.. Bad: Probably not the lowest priced contractor, but very fair for the services we received.. Other: We were extremely satisfied with the work of the crew and with the result. Not only is their work excellent, their communication with the client is as well. They don't surprise you -- everything is agreed on along the way. We couldn't be happier with them..
