We hired Bill's cakes and catering to make our wedding cake, he was to deliver the cake to our reception hall before noon on December 31st, we arrived at the reception hall about 1:00 with our guest much to our surprise there was no wedding cake. We asked the waitress if our wedding cake had arrived and she stated no cake as of yet, so we asked if she could call and see where it was. She did call and spoke to Bill and he advised her that it had slipped his mind and our cake had not been made. I was absolutely devistated and very upset and embarrased. He really did not care that we had hired him to make our cake for our special day and he failed to do so. He had caused alot of frustration and also alot of embarrasement and it really did not seem to faze him at all. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BILL'S CAKES AND CATERING TO MY WORST ENEMY. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL, NOT DEPENDABLE!!!!!!!!!!
