A freind of mine took a watch to airport plaza jewelers to sell and recieved an offer of $200.00 He smelling a rat went to one more dealer and was offered $2400.00 and sold it and I heard this from many others also. They are not professionals but rather prey on the little guy who is not knowledgeable about the value of what he has and shoo out of their chicken coop anyone who has a hint of what their item might be worth. Just look at their commercials, there a joke just like their business is. Don't trust them, the're frauds. Sure, they will offer you some miserable amount but rest assured there are more refined and reputable dealers who will be honest and much higher paying than the foolish and decieving Henhouse that airport plaza jewelers portrays themselves to be. How stupid do they think the public is? What an ego maniac Don Hoffman and his chicken factory is.
