I went in to purchase a GPS,a Blue Tooth and Back up unit all in one. I was told by the salesman that he would order it and they would install it the next week. I did tell him that I wanted it installed under the dash because it was against the law to have it on top of the dash. He said no problem. We went to pick it up and they had installed a huge unit right in the middle of the top of the dash, I could hardly see over it. It was only a GPS, no blue tooth or back up. They had installed a separate blue tooth. We told them that it was not exceptable and wanted out money back. We were told that they could only give us back a portion of our money and they would keep $350 for labor. I didn't think that was right because they didn't even put a unit close to what we ask for in our car. Next we went ahead and agreed to just a backup unit with a blue tooth. (It was easier than arguing with them). I went in to get it and they had installed this big honkin' dark back up camera/mirror attached to our rear view mirror (our windows are tinted so it was hard to see out of at night). The blue tooth wouldn't work so we were told they would order a better unit. When I picked it up there was the same mirror with the separate blue tooth again. We gave it a try and the back up only stays on for about 60 seconds and shuts off. Again, I go down to try to reason with them and was told how much they had done for me and no money. I finally ask him for $600 of the $800 and he said ok, but it would have to be $100 per month for 6 months. Well Iam a pretty trusting person but duh! I don't think I'll take him at his word so turned his offer down. I am now dealing with my credit card company to get all my money back. What a nightmare!
