I called and told Judy that our warranty was out but that we had an extended warranty from MC but was told to call GE as they didn't come up this far. They were here to fix the problem which still is a problem and would not help us with it and was told their warranty was done with us. I did contact Lowe's and even if I didn't buy the product there-they helped me find a repairman.
