The Claridge Hotel used to be a nice clean family type hotel. Recent visits have shown it to be declining. On our most recent visit we had 4 rooms reserved for a family vacation. Two of the four rooms had soiled linens (human waste) on them and had been folded and placed on the shelf in the bathing area. When taken to the office, we were simply dismissed and told it couldn't have happened. They have lost a long time customer.
