I got a referral to call Mark (206.948.1060)about fixing a dishwasher that wouldn't drain. He was booked for the next few days, but spent some time with me on the phone to suggest a few things I might try to solve the problem. I did a few basic steps and found the problem was solved! I called Mark and offered to pay him for his phone advice, b/c I knew he saved me a bunch of money, but he refused payment. He was really a professional, most helpful. I'll definitely recommend him & call him again.
