Good: the hair stylists in general are very friendly but differ enormously regarding their ability/professionalism. Bad: the receptionists are not very friendly, not attentive - are they bored? underpaid? maybe. Improvements: more sophistication regarding cuts and highlights. Other: Had highlights done by MArgie, which was a great experience. She listens and is very circumspect in what she is doing. At one appointment when Margie was not available I had highlights done by Amy. She is very friendly but just not up to the job. She did awful highlights, very fast, and exactly the way I did not want it (to light I guess the reason was - as so often in these cases - bad communication. She does not listen, does everything in a hurry, and was rough. Do not know if I go back... or where to go.
