I called for a broken spring repair. I had 3 other companies out that wanted an arm and a leg. Welborn's tech showed up for a FREE estimate (hard to find now-a-days). His bid was $200 cheaper than anyone else, so I told him to get started. he had all the parts needed with him and fixed it in about an hour. My door never sounded as good. He lubricated and adjusted it at no extra charge. The price was what he stated, no hidden charges. I am a customer for life!
