Okay I used to love shopping at the Lake Stevens Store's fish Department. But all of the knowledgable people are suddenly gone. What happened? AND ever since the new Snohomish store opened the fish I buy at Lake Stevens die. Did they send all the good staff to Snohomish? What gives? I have spent a fortune weekly on my fish hobby and now they don't seem to be able to sell fish that live more than 4 days. AND Heather the manager is NEVER there. When Kristy was the manager she was always around and I got way better customer service. The last time I was there some high schooler named Shelby waited on me and was a complete giggling air-head. She did not know a single thing about fish and had trouble even catching the fish I wanted. WHAT IS GOING ON!? The number of tanks that appear to be NOT FOR SALE because they are medicating the fish has gone up the last few months. I have litterally wasted tons money buying fish that die immediately. I am not going back ever... AND I was a really good customer. I have 6 tanks and it is going to hurt them to no longer have me as a customer. The people they have there now do not know half as much about fish as I do, and I am only a hobbyist. Now I read about animals dying and people not being happy with how they are treated and I can attest to the fact that it has been the same for me as well. What in the world is the management at Bridges thinking? Surely they must see what we the customers saw. They changed things and now it is no longer a good source for fish or animals. Mr.Bridges, did you get greedy with that big new shiny store and trade quality and service for a bunch of newbies who know nothing about their product? Go back to the way it way before you loose everything. You have already lost me and I am telling all of my friends not to waste their time shopping at Bridges. You guys really suck now and it is really too bad. I don't trust you anymore, I am driving to Bellevue instead of ever shopping at Bridges again. You guys need to wake up your fish department sucks!
