I spoke to a person called Liala. She was quiet annoying. I asked her for fares for 2 adults and for my infant. I was specific about which airline I wanted. She was trying to push for Korean airline a lot. she said "whatz the problem in flying in Korean?" Damn it its my choice to choose the airline that I wanted. It took me 15 mins to argue to this lady while my baby was crying. I finally said send me the schedules and I have to now take care of my baby. Still she wouldn't listen to me. Finally had to hang up. PLEASE DON'T CHOOSE THIS TRAVEL AGENT PARTICULARLY. I don't know about the rest of them either. Avoid them totally. Sai travels in sunnyvale is quick and fast and treat you with humanity.
