I feel your experience was unfortunately, certainly, but then again, isolated. My mother in law was in BMH for heart valve replacement--all rave reviews, start to finish. Yesterday my husband had his cancerous prostate removed--and I am still marveling at the degree of top notch care, even down to those on a non-care giving level (volunteers). All caring, loving individuals who could not have been nicer or more professional. His surgeon is TOP DOC in his field (they are leaders in DaVinci Robotic surgery method) of urology; there was not one nurse, one orderly, no one who was not efficiently doing their job with attentiveness and a pleasant attitude. Even the valet parking attendant accommodated me after hours to get my car and leave it in a safe place for me, so I wouldn't have to go to a parking garage late at night in the pouring raid. So for me to read your review of misfortune makes me hope that others do not judge this excellent facility based on this rather odd and unique experience.
