I used Silver Bay for the first and last time today because the service was horrible. I paid for the top of the line wash and it actually came out of the car wash dirtier then it went in! Lint and streaks on the windows, scuff marks on the doors from dirty shoes and not vacuumed well at all, to the point I took it to another car wash. My husband had his truck done at the same time, they did a lousy job on that too AND they scratched the paint.
