I had an appt for 1 pm but wasn't taken back until 2 pm. Although they had my number, they didn't call to let me know there had been a problem and they were behind.
The facial I received was great but my pedicure was below par and my polish is already peeling and it's only been 2 days. Plus, I didn't get a full treatment because I have psoriasis. They need to be better educated on diseases and things that are not contagious.
And although I called in advance to check on coupons and a certificate I had purchased and was told I could use them together, once I received my facial and pedicure, I was told to pick which one I wanted to use. I felt totally violated and do not feel I was treated nicely either.
