I ordered a dress that cose $498.00 on NOV 1, 2009. The owner, Merrill, took my order and and said that for additional $14.00 shipping and handling fee I would get my dress in 10 days. He pulled the money ($512.00) off of my Visa card on NOV 2, 2009. I waited 10 days no dress. I called the shop on the 1-914-381-3808 which was always answered by a live person and was told that Merrill had not even ordered the dress. The customer person that helped me said that he would talk to Merrill and tell him to order my dress. Also stated that he didn't know why he hadn't ordered and it was riduculos that it hadn't even been ordered. Said he would take care of it and should have my dress by the weekend. Weekend came and no dress. What's more Merrill changed the phones to be picked up by answering machines now and stated that a live person would only be in on Wed, Thurs and Fri and then only for a few hours. I called and left numerous request, threats and whatever to get someone to call me back about my dress. Finally Merrill called me on my cell phone and said I will mail you a check for the cost of the dress. Waited 14 days no check. I am suing them in court to recover my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
