Our roof was reshingled in May of 2007 by Penn Roofing and continues to leak after it rains! We've been trying since August to get in touch with Ron, the owner. He won't return our calls. My husband went to his place of business but couldn't get in. We're going to have to take legal action if he doesn't fix our roof. I wouldn't recommend Penn Roofing to anyone.
