I am REALLY shocked by the reviews here! I got EXCELLENT service and great communication when my cat was hospitalized. Open visiting hours, kind and caring staff, knowledgeable vets and nurses made the experience less stressful than I anticipated. The final bill was a little high for my current budget, but Dr. Werber was more than willing to work it down to a price I could manage safely. I love that they do kitten adoptions in the lobby, too. It makes waiting fun to watch them and the gorgeous fish. (Besides, sometimes you catch some celeb drama, too!) I will be back with my furry kids for life, and I might adopt another new kitten from Dr. Werber. Some times it is hard to find parking, and I almost stepped in poo on the front grass, but over all I was really, really glad to have found this hospital. You can tell everyone loves animals there.
