Had a horrible experience with General Manager, she was very unprofessional seeing how she wasn't getting her way she didn't want to hear our side of the story on how her staff let us in the wrong auditorium she then called us names such as "sneaking" and causing "trouble" and got humiliated in front of people got to a point where she got heated cause we were defending our point, and she called the police which asked us to leave without getting a proper refund and refusing service. Her staff made a mistake and it's rididculous we had to pay for it. Will never go there again, seriously need to work on its customer service.
