I first came to the body shop after I was rear ended in my brand new car. Unfortunately it was only a week old and the insurance company totaled it. Luckily I had GAP on my truck and the balance was paid off. It took a while for the insurance company and the Gap company to figure things out but ultimately they paid off the truck in full and I am driving my new chevrolet. The dealership did a great job turning a bad situation into a great situation for me and my family.
