These people are simply pathetic. The day of my daughters wedding, the dress was picked up and when we got it home it looked as if it were thrown in a box for a year! Took it back and was not even retouched. We were late for the wedding due to having to hand iron all of the wrinklles with our own iron. Can not get anyone to return my calls !! Rude and very unprofessional ! Will proceed with whatever we have to do. They ruined a very expensive dress and very important day and don,t even care.
