I have had memberships to multiple gyms over my lifetimes some exclusive and some of the Chain fitness centers.
Telos not only the nicest facilities out of all of the gyms but also has the best trainers that I have ever been associated with.
These trainers are not "RUN OF THE MILL", and after a personal assessment these trainers will know what they need to do to get your CORE where it needs to be.
