I purchased my wedding flowers from Dietz and I truly wish I hadn't!!!!!! All of the mens flowers fell apart and several parts of my order were incorrect. The customer service was the most disgusting part of the whole experience because when I called to let the OWNER know about the issues I had with not only quality but about me getting the wrong items she blamed me rather than apologizing for the florist's errors. One flower breaking could be the customers fault but 7 flowers breaking is clearly a quality concern. They obviously don't care about getting repeat customers or customer referals if they are breaking the golden rule of business, the customer is always right!
