i have longer hair and just asked for long layers and 2 inches off the length, the hairstylist decided she was going to thin my hair out with a razor, which i did not ask for which left short chuncks of hair all over my head!! and my bangs are uneven. she talked though as if she were the best hair cutter in town! she'll never see me again!
