I returned a deficient camera in May-2008; doing so as instructed by their staff. The camera would be evaluated, & then I would be given a refund. Package tracking showed they received the camera, & as they did not contact me after that point I assumed I was refund the $400. When I happened to go back and check my credit card statement 5 months later I found no refund. On calling them they took no responsibility and would not give me a refund. Instead they sent me my "original" camera back, not the refund more
