I wouldn't go back here either. I specifically made my appointment with Dr. Thompson, but I got Dr. Moses instead. I wanted my cat's teeth cleaned. They said to come back in an hour, which I did. Forty minutes after I returned, I was informed that they had pulled three of my cat's teeth! I was not warned that this was a possibility, and they were very surprised when I said that I should have at least gotten the courtesy of a call on my cell before they proceeded. I was beside myself.
