We bought our wedding rings here and had a wonderful experience. Elaine, who helped us, gave us 25% off our entire purchase of 2 rings. They also let us take my husband's ring for a few days, with the understanding that if he was allergic to the platnum metal, he could return it without problems (thankfully, he wasn't allergic, but they were nice to offer that).
Also, they polished my e-ring the day we went in and shopped, the day we bought the rings, and the day before my wedding--for free. And, they also gave us a ring-holder for free.
