After a horrible experience, it is important to warn others 2/2/2012

If there was a lower rating then 1, then I would put it. I am so upset that I could cry. The manager there was so mean to me, I don't want to ever go back. When they promised they would call me, they lied to me and now I don't know what to do. I feel so taken advantage of. more

If you are looking for rudeness, this is the place! 2/2/2012

They don't want to take care of their customers. There are so many people that are complaining about your Columbia Maryland branch. The rudeness, the manager is apathetic. I keep hearing about all they bad things and just want to warn anyone of how poorly the experience will be. You will be afraid to go in because they will be mean to you. The Manager is the worst! more

The Rudest Manager Ever! 2/2/2012

My friends and I believe that they care so little for their customers that they would rather lose them then apologize. La Madeliene has the worst customer service and they don't take resposibility for it. I know at least 18 people that have been turned off by their poor communicatoin skills, poor customer service and their apathetic behavior. When you reach out to them only to find out they will promise to 'Make Things Right' and never call. They blocked people who just want to be heard that they are disgusted by the disregard for what is professional. If you know anyone at La Madeliene who cares, maybe they will read this. more
