The friendships I've gained are truly genuine. The kickboxing family was there for me this year after suddenly losing my sister. What gym would do that!!! A high energy workout in a very supportive atmosphere. Instructors are all super encouraging, and REALLY care about your successes. Classes are full of people of all shapes and sizes and levels of fitness and never judgmental. Friendly atmosphere and high calorie burning! Who could ask for more? more

I've never felt more accomplished then at the end of a class with this great group of people! The motivate you and push your limits without the pressure I've felt in other types of classes I have tried! If you are looking for a great work out that is a ton of fun try out a class you would be crazy not to!! more

This workout is amazing and fun. I love this place. ALL the instructors are professional and welcoming. You don't have to feel uncomfortable at any point, this has been my problem with me most of my life in gyms. Here at ilovekickboxing everyone is treated as an equal and you will get the best workout ever!!!! You will fall in love with kickboxing!\r more

This is the first time I have started something and have all the tools to stick with it. The classes and instruction is superb with lots of motivation but it doesn't end there. The support follows you. If you need help and guidance its available! As a mom approaching 40, I needed a lifestyle change not a gimmick or a temporary fix. Try it...you'll be addicted and wonder why you waited! more
