Ben Kyle. I really need not say any more than that. He was phenomenal to say the least! From the first phone call to get the process started through the follow up after closing, Ben was there every step of the way with his friendly and professional demeanor. I have no idea what goes on behind the scenes, but with all that there is to such a complex process, my involvement consisted of providing routine information. It was significantly more difficult to choose the house we wanted to buy than it was to actually buy it! Thanks Ben - you’re a rock star!! Alex at iFreedom direct took great care of me throughout the entire process. After I submitted the initial paperwork everything else was pretty much handled on their end. Alex would generally call me weekly and let me the process was still moving. I spoke with another company before iFreedom and they could not get me a lower monthly rate through the streamline program. Alex and iFreedom told me yes from the beginning and lived up to that promise. I ended up saving almost $100 a month on my mortgage, I am now applying this savings to the principal every month and should have my loan payed off years earlier than my previous loan. My husband and I just closed on our first house and couldn't be happier with our loan specialist, Rustin Nance. From the very beginning he took the time to explain each and every detail and answering all of our questions. He was extremely patient with us, and we were very impressed (and reassured) with how knowledgeable he was about everything. Chris was extremely easy to deal with. He kept me informed all the way through the process. I had to do nothing. Chris did everything for me and worked in a timely manner. Mike Gilbert was our ""Loan Specialist"". I thought it was a prank at first, because LITERALLY within two minutes from sending an email on-line requesting help, the phone rang at the house and it was MIKE GILBERT telling us he would be the one helping us with our VA Loan Process...at 8pm on a WEEKEND! I was astounded. From that point on, it was as painless as it gets. Mike did his magic and re-instated my VA Certificate which had been lost due to a divorce when I was hospitalized from combat injuries. It would have taken me MONTHS to find out how to get it back, and provide it to those who needed it. Mike knew EVERY ASPECT of not only lending operations, but the VA PROCESS as well. When others balk when they hear the Federal Government is involved, MIke and iFREEDOM DIRECT took the lead and made things happen. IN SPITE OF A REAL ESTATE AGENT that did everything she could think of to tank this deal. We got to closing on New Years Eve 2009, and even though Christmas and New Years were involved, there was not a single time I could not get Mike on the phone. He was AVAILABLE EVERY MINUTE, including after hours and on weekends. There was a time difference between Salt Lake City and the property we were buying. It was seamless! \r I am not one to write reviews, or toot the horn of people who work with the public routinely. However, I would be remiss if I didn't tell the world what a painless process this has been for me and my family. Being permanently and totally disabled brings up boundaries, obstacles and show stoppers in life. Mike made it all go away, got us a rate that I never knew was feasible in this economy, and it's fixed for thirty years!!!!
