A happy client! 10/8/2014

Everything about this visit was great! I was greeted immediately and taken back to a room. The tech came in shortly and then the Dr. Came in. I felt like she listened to my concerns about my cat and was thorough in her evaluation. My cat is slowly improving and it seems to be exactly how she (Dr. Rush) said it would be. My only problem is I can't get my cat to take her pain pills which also was a concern of the Dr. But is definitely not anyone's fault but my cat's. Thanks for caring for my cat! Also, with the exam, pain shot, pain pills and 2 x-rays, I feel my bill was very fair and reasonable which is hard to say about other vet clinics. more

This place is a joke. 1/4/2012

Good: They took vouchers from the animal shelter for a rabies shot and a free check-up (eventually, after I explained how they worked three or four times to three or four different people). They were able to see me the day I called without an appointment, but I would have rather made an appointment and been treated better than go when I did and receive little to no common courtesy, much less customer service. I definitely won't be going back! I'll stick with VCA College Hill Animal Clinic!. Bad: Where do I begin??? The desk staff were snippy and unprofessional. They didn't seem to know much about things they should have. For instance, that I just adopted a STRAY cat from the animal shelter, so I didn't know her age or if she'd been spayed...that's why I was there!!! To find out. I felt like I was being rushed through an assembly line the entire time. The vet barely spent any time with my new pet. They're slogan is "We treat your pet just like our own." Well then I feel sorry for their pe. Improvements: A little common courtesy would be nice. Set appointments over the phone so that the staff members actually know what's going on when you get there and you don't have to explain it 800 times. Also, it would be nice if they didn't look at me like I had two heads when I gave them the vouchers from the animal shelter. They acted like I had just greatly inconvenienced them. Sorry for trying to save a life! Anyway, that's part of your job! If you don't like it, give us a break and get a new one.. Other: The vet quoted me an incorrect price. The receptionist tried to make me pay even after I explained the situation. She kept rudely repeating the amount that was supposedly due. Eventually, she said, "The doctors don't really know how much things cost." So? How is that my problem? The vets should know the prices or they should look them up. If they quote an incorrect price, they should honor it. The receptionist didn't even attempt to ask the vet if what I was saying was true.. more

Vets Care about the Animals 8/16/2005

Colerain Animal Clinic have provided excellent service for our pets through the years. The doctors have often chosen to eat their own profits when we were faced with difficult decisions like whether to have surgery or put one of our animals down. You can tell that all the vets view their work as more than just a job and care about each animal. Their prices are as cheap as anywhere but they offer superior doctors and service. more

good work for a lower prick 8/1/2005

colerain animal clinic took care of my cat when i first got him. He got his first shots and was neutered there. They did a good job and the prices was good. But they aren't as personable as Grady vet and they aren't open 24/7. I would say if money is of concern take your pets here but I personally prefer. Grady vet they are more personable and they are open 24/7 more
