I grew up in Louisiana and have eaten more crawfish than I want to think about. This is by far the PERFECT Boiled Crawfish. The seasoning is better than I have had anywhere...every crawfish pealed so easy....I WILL NOT go anywhere else and I have quit boiling them myself...I can't do it as good as these guys...Try it for yourself...it is a no brainer. I saw they are adding a full service area...can't wait!!!! Hungry talking about it. I am going tonight!!!! Pros: Pealed perfect, seasoned correctly, great size!!! Cons: NONE!!!! more

By far the best crawfish in Houston 2/16/2008

This is the only place I've found in Houston to get crawfish that is always seasoned and cooked correctly. I've had sub-par experiences with Mardi Gras grill and Ragin Cajun. I now make the drive to Humble when I want crawfish. Pros: Crawfish, shrimp, freshness, seasoning Cons: drive through or sit on porch only - do not offer full service more
