After ruining a $90 silk shirt, I have left over a half dozen messages for the owner, Dennis, over the last two weeks. Think he's returned my call? NOPE. Think corporate has returned my email? NOPE. The manager (Carla, who couldn't have been any ruder)actually accused me of having the stain on there when I brought it in (which it absolutely was not).
Terrible service, terrible attitute, terrible manager. With what you save with their $1.99 service, you'll make up for in having to buy new clothes that they've RUINED.
