MWe are on our third Hyundai from Zimbrick. The guys in Hyundai service is what keeps bringing us back! Great team, great service!

Fast, Top quality service 11/6/2014

I have nothing but praise for the service dept at Zimbrick Eastside. They always fit me in for service, and do the job right the first time. Plus, they wash and vacuum out our vehicles every time. I have never had a problem with the quality of work or the turn around getting our cars back quickly. They also look over our cars for safety issues on every visit. This is a top notch A++ dealership! more

Would recommend Zimbrick Hyndai East over Zimbrick Hyundai West any day! They caught the fact that the West where I purchased my car didnt' change the name with corporate, so when there was a recall, I was never notified! East fixed things with corporate and fixed the recall right away for me. They were awesome. more

The service department keeps us buying. 2/7/2014

We've had great luck with Hyundai. In fact we have purchased three cars in a row here. Very rarely need more than scheduled maintenance though our current car has 75,000 miles and the last one had nearly 150,000 when we upgraded. more

Mike & his team are phenomenal! Last week I was running late to pick up my car...I actually arrived about 10 minutes after closing. I had called on my way when I realized I was going to be late, so they knew I was coming. When I arrived Mike was there with a very cheerful smile on his face & a friendly (as always) greeting. He had my car already running & warm & ready for me (it was a very cold day)! I apologized for being late and inconveniencing him, but he would hear none of it. This is real customer service. Mike & his entire team are to be thoroughly commended for their outstanding customer service & courtesy! I applaud them! Because of the level of service & professionalism I receive from Mike & his team, I will not take my car anywhere else, period! more
