Convenience and great service 6/9/2015

The convenience of scheduling online, driving right into the garage a being met by a rep at my car door is great. All I have to do is make myself comfortable in the waiting area for a little while until my car is returned to me serviced and cleaned inside and out. Ready to go! more

Don't bring your vehicle here 6/2/2015

Brought my vehicle in and when talking to the service person at the desk, they said replacing the front axle and several additional components should fix the ABS and Traction Control System lights that were lit up on my dash. When I picked my vehicle up, the lights were still on. I called back when the service person was back in and he said his original claim was the repairs might fix the issue and suggested that I would need to bring the car back in so they can hook it up to the diagnostic computer at an additional charge. Very much a bait and switch type tactic. Tell me the repairs should fix the problem, but then it doesn't, so I need to bring it back in for additional charges because they didn't fix it right the first time. Never going back and will tell everyone I can to avoid this place. Bad business. more

Fast, friendly, and efficient service! 5/22/2015

I never have problems getting an appointment when I need it. I typically do drop-off service and my vehicle is done by the end of the work day. The free shuttle ride to/from work is an added bonus. Work is done right the first time, findings are explained well, and recommended services are backed up with data to show "why". more

Best Car Service in East Madison 5/11/2015

I initially took my car to the East side (Zymbrick) in 2012 when we first came to Madison. We have never considered going to any other dealers. The service is superb, efficient and professional. My 8yr old likes going here so she can hang out in the waiting room. WaytoGo Zymbrick!...keep up the good work! more

Had to have a door remote reprogrammed to replace a broke unit. Service is always timely, clean waiting area and my vehicle is always washed when they are done. 1st class buisness. more

I thought I wanted to change my car brand to test the market oops that would have been an error in judgment. I have a high level of confidence in Zimbrick Eastside & all of their emloyees at the facility, notably SM Gerald Ayers, Sales Mgr, GM, Ed Koziel Finance Mgr, all of the ladies in the offices extremely talented & very friendly.Mike Barth Mtc.
