I want to say how pleased I was with the service crew, I am partially disabled and was concerned about any physical work I might have had to do. They were very accomodating and cleaned up everything when they were done! They even asked if everything was acceptable. I am happy to sing their praises! more

I would definitely recommend this company, the work they did was great and savings are definitely showing on my utility bills. \r \r NOTE: I accidentally called Zerodraft in Fulton and they don't do residential work, so make sure you search for Zerodraft of CNY, it will make a difference. more

I can't say enough as to how much the insulation and air sealing done in my house by Zerodraft has helped reduce my utility bills and helped with the different temperatures in all of my rooms. My daughter's room was freezing in the winter and so hot in the summer. Zerodraft came and showed me exactly what was going on and how they were going to fix it. Well, they did exactly that. I received a postcard from Zerodraft for $349 windows and $2700 A/C installed, that alone caught my attention but I was very interested in the FREE AUDIT I got through the Green Jobs - Green NY program. Zerodraft hooked me up with a free 12 page energy report that showed why my energy bills were so high and how I could try and rectify that and save money! So, I am getting insulation and some new windows and can finance all through my utility bill and make payments to that. Thanks Zerodraft for helping me save money! more

I had 22 brand new windows installed in my home and my experience from beginning to end was nothing but wonderful. They were very professional and courteous and the workers showed up on time and worked in all kinds of weather. They made sure the tarped off the other rooms so nothing would come through the open window and all the belongings in my rooms were covered as well as the floor. Thank you for making my home much more warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer! more

I don't normally do this but I feel the need to share my experience so that others do not make the same mistake. ZERODRAFT insulated our attic and did a good job. They installed a vent in the upstairs bathroom again no problems. They also installed three new windows in our house that needed to be replaced. This is where the problems began. FIrst we had to hound them to get them out to install the windows. When they got onsite with the windows, 90 percent of the latches on the windows were broke they literally fell off the windows. The screens they had were ripped and they had the wrong window for one of the 3 windows they were replacing. They did end up replacing the latches on all the windows and completed the install. A couple days later I noticed a huge draft coming in one of the windows ZERODRAFT of CNY replaced was never fully insulated/sealed around the window. They had to come out and reseal and re-insulate. When i got home last night (It was raining pretty heavily) and found a huge puddle on the floor in front of the big picture window they replaced with water streaming in from the top of the window. I tried to call and talk to someone at ZERODRAFT of CNY about the issue and no one would talk to me about the issue. I was sent to (managers?) voicemail. I specifically asked the lady answering the phone if there was someone there I could talk to about this problem and I was told and I quote ""NO YOU HAVE TO LEAVE A VOICEMAIL.."" So not only do I now have a leak from a poor installation but now I have to deal with poor customer service!!!! NOTE THAT ZeroDraft of CNY is like a franchise (contractors) so there is no corporate customer service to call to report these issues to. If you are considering ZeroDraft of CNY for any work I would definitely reconsider!!! more

Work was just OK...not exceptional. Sloppy...errors made that caused damage to house. Won't use again for next projects more
